An affiliate of Dor2Dor Realty, LLC acquired a 12-unit building located in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago. The partnership executed a significant value-add project in that all of the unit interiors were modernized and the building infrastructure was upgraded. Specifically, the interiors were updated with new kitchen cabinets, backsplashes, granite countertops, stainless- steel appliances, in-unit laundry, new light fixtures, updated bathrooms and fixtures, and new HVACs.
